30-day returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an unused item in its original packaging for a full refund.

How to return

• Email customerservice@kingsforduk.store with your order number.
• We'll send a prepaid Royal Mail returns label.
• Drop off at any Royal Mail post office.

Refunds

Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days of us receiving the item.
